Meet Andrea Nay

Real estate is so much more than buying and selling homes. It's about helping people navigate one of the biggest milestones of their lives with confidence and peace of mind.

I'm Andrea Nay, and I've been serving buyers and sellers in the Magic Valley for the past six years with a hands-on approach built on hard work, honesty, and exceptional service.

Before real estate, I built my career through marketing, small business ownership, and customer service. Those experiences taught me the value of communication, hard work, attention to detail, and putting people first… skills I bring to every transaction.

As a wife, mom, and homeowner, I understand that every client and every move come with a unique story and a unique set of goals.

Whether you're purchasing your very first home, expanding your investment portfolio, relocating across the country, or upgrading to fit your growing family, I'm committed to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I'm known for going above and beyond for my clients. If a home needs a little extra attention before hitting the market, don't be surprised to find me rolling up my sleeves and deep cleaning, organizing, or providing staging and/or staging tips to help showcase its full potential. I believe presentation matters, and I love helping sellers maximize their home's value.

When you work with me, you're also backed by the strength of a team. I partner with fellow REALTOR® Jameson Sharp, giving our clients the advantage of two experienced professionals collaborating on every transaction. That means more communication, more availability, more marketing expertise, and more support from contract to closing.

My goal is simple: to serve my clients with integrity, work tirelessly on their behalf, and make every transaction feel a little less overwhelming and a lot more exciting. Whether you're buying, selling, or simply exploring your options, I'd be honored to help you find your way home.
